The chair chose me before I chose it.

I earned my barber’s license while I was still in high school, and my cosmetology license before I graduated college. That’s over 25 years now, and I still remember why I started: I noticed early on that the chair wasn’t just about hair. It was a place where people came undone — stressed, exhausted, unsure of themselves — and left put back together. That realization has shaped how I work ever since.

I’m a Licensed Master Barber and Licensed Cosmetologist, and  one of a small number of locticians who are also licensed to cut hair. That means I can offer something most shops can’t: a true one-stop experience — precision cuts and loc maintenance for men, alongside brow arching, lashes, and makeup — all under one roof, from one person who actually knows what they’re doing in every one of those chairs.

I started this work in Atlanta at Bronner Bros, as an eyebrow and make up artist and lash tech, then running my own beauty services business for over two decades. Now I’ve brought that same standard to New York City.
